Birth Education
Whether this is your first baby or you’ve done this before, I’ll meet you where you’re at with real information, real support, and no judgment. Whether you're parenting solo or as a couple, this four-hour class is here to support you. You can join in person or virtually, whatever fits best with your life right now.
What's covered
How Birth Works
We’ll walk through each stage of labor, what to expect in your body, and how your baby plays an active role in the process.
Comfort and Coping Tools
You’ll learn ways to stay grounded and as comfortable as possible—breathing techniques, positions, massage, water therapy, mindfulness, and more.
Support for Your Birth Partner
Partners will get hands-on guidance for how to be truly helpful during labor, whether that means offering physical comfort, encouragement, or speaking up when needed.
Medical Options and Interventions
We’ll talk about epidurals, inductions, C-sections, and other common procedures so you can make informed choices that feel right for you.
Making and Communicating a Birth Plan
You’ll get help creating a birth plan that reflects your values, and we’ll talk through how to speak up for what you need—even when things don’t go exactly as expected.
Right After Birth
We’ll cover what happens in those first minutes and hours after your baby arrives, from skin-to-skin bonding to newborn procedures and your own recovery.
Postpartum Prep
Because birth is just the beginning. We’ll talk about what to expect emotionally and physically after birth, and how to set up support for those early weeks at home.
This class isn’t about doing things one “right” way—it’s about feeling prepared, informed, and supported no matter how your birth unfolds.

Investment
The investment for this class is $120, and what you’ll walk away with is priceless. You'll find peace of mind, practical skills, and a whole lot of confidence.
