Postpartum Doula Support
My postpartum doula support is designed to care for you and your baby in the early days and weeks after birth. I offer flexible, in-home support that can be tailored to your needs. Read below to see what’s included in my typical postpartum support.

Prenatal Support
Support during pregnancy doesn’t have to center around labor and birth. If you’re looking for guidance, preparation, or an extra set of hands as you get ready for your baby, I offer flexible prenatal support tailored to your needs—billed at the same rate as postpartum care.

This time can be used in whatever way feels most helpful to you, including preparing your home or nursery, personalized education and planning, reviewing your birth preferences, or talking through questions and decisions as they arise.
I can also accompany you to a visit with your care provider, if desired, to help facilitate conversations and ensure you feel informed and confident.

Ongoing communication via phone, text, or email during business hours is included, so you have steady support throughout your pregnancy.
Postpartum Support
Support can look different for every family. It may include hands-on help with newborn care like diapering, soothing, swaddling, and establishing gentle routines. I also offer steady emotional support as you process your birth, adjust to your new role, and move through the ups and downs of early parenthood.

I can help create a calm, functional home by assisting with light tasks like tidying, laundry, and simple meal prep so you have time to rest and recover. If you have older children, I can help ease that transition too.

Above all, my role is to care for both you and your baby so you can feel confident, supported, and settled into your new rhythm.

Lactation Support
offer calm, hands-on breastfeeding support in those early days so you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help with latch, positioning, baby cues, and common challenges, and I meet you wherever you’re at, whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, or combo feeding.
You’ll have clear guidance, steady support, and help knowing when to bring in a lactation consultant if needed.
Investment
The investment for postpartum doula support is $30 per hour for daytime care and $35 per hour for overnight support.

If you are located more than 55 miles outside of Pocatello, a $20 per hour travel fee will be added.

Support is flexible and scheduled based on your needs. Whether you want a few hours of help or more consistent care, we can create a plan that works for your family.

Payment plans are available, and I offer discounted rates for families growing through adoption, as well as for LGBTQ+, Black, or Indigenous families. Everyone deserves supportive, respectful care.
