My standard Birth Doula Package includes support prenatally, throughout labor and birth, and postpartum. I’m happy to tailor services to meet your specific needs. Read below to see the details of my normal support package
Prenatal Support
Two Prenatal Visits (Approx. 2-3 hours each) Covers education and practice for labor, comfort techniques, birth preference planning, partner support, birth, and postpartum recovery

Unlimited Communication via phone, text, or email during business hours
Labor & Birth Support
24/7 On-Call Support from 37 weeks until your baby is born

Continuous Labor and Birth Support – Emotional and physical support throughout active labor and birth, plus up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care

Comfort & Pain Management Tools – Including a TENS unit, rebozo, and birth sling to aid in labor
Postpartum Support
Feeding Support for nursing, pumping, or formula feeding

Postpartum Follow-Up Visit (Approx. 2 hours) - Covers birth reflection, emotional support, infant care education or assistance, light housekeeping, etc.

Written Birth Timeline keepsake documenting the details of your birth journey
Investment
​The investment for my birth doula package is $900, which includes everything above.
A $300 non-refundable booking fee secures your spot on my calendar, with the remaining balance due by 37 weeks. This package is designed to give you personalized, evidence-based support every step of the way as you prepare to welcome your baby.

Payment plans are available to make support more accessible, and I offer discounted rates for families growing through adoption, as well as for LGBTQ+, Black, or Indigenous families. Everyone deserves compassionate, knowledgeable care.
A Better Postpartum
Looking for extra support after birth? I offer a unique option just for my birth clients—a cozy, in-home stay where you can receive my support 24/7. Whether you need help with newborn care, rest, recovery, or just a quiet place to heal, you can have all encompassing support during this transition.
