I know how hard it is navigating life with a baby on your own. I've thought of every detail to help you escape the demands of daily life. Check out the accommodations of your private postpartum suite. Out of the "postpartum" stage and need a break? This is the right place! Services are available anytime after having a baby.
Main Bedroom
The master bedroom is a calm, quiet space with a plush king-sized bed, soft linens, and a bedside bassinet for your baby. Rest and recover without needing to leave bed until you're ready.
Support Bedroom
The second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for overnight doula support or a companion joining you during your stay.
Full Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked so meals can be enjoyed in whatever way feels best. Cook on site if you prefer, or add the optional meal service created specifically for postpartum recovery. Each meal provides nourishment, comfort, and the support needed to focus on healing. I want you to truly feel cared for.
Living Room
The living area has comfortable seating including a glider. It’s the perfect place to feed your baby, rest, or enjoy a visit for needed support.
Bathroom
The bathroom is a calm, practical space with a bathtub, shower, sink, and all essential toiletries. A washer and dryer are included for convenience.

Location
Located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood in the Highland area. The Portneuf Wellness Complex is close by for a peaceful walk, and everything in the Pocatello and Chubbuck areas can be reached within 15 minutes.
Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire suite, including a separate entrance and convenient self-check-in. Kristina can be available at arrival to assist with getting settled. The spiral staircase leads to a private, locked area used for classes and is not part of the guest space.

Privacy is always respected, with support available around the clock if needed. Doula visits and services are scheduled based on each guest’s preferences.
