You’ll learn how to spot signs of hunger, sleepiness, and discomfort so you can respond in ways that build trust and connection. Feeding Your Baby Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a mix of both, we’ll talk about what’s realistic, what’s helpful, and how to tell your baby is getting enough to eat. Diapering and Hygiene You’ll get hands-on tips for diaper changes, caring for the umbilical cord, giving baths, and even trimming those tiny nails without fear. Newborn Sleep and Safety We’ll talk through safe sleep practices, what normal newborn sleep looks like, and gentle ways to help your baby settle. Soothing a Fussy Baby From swaddling and baby-wearing to navigating colic, you’ll leave with tools to help your baby feel calm and secure. Postpartum Recovery and Mental Health Your healing matters too. We’ll cover what to expect in the early weeks after birth—physically and emotionally—and how to care for yourself during this time.
